1. Scope
This notice covers the BookToday website and Demo. A future business customer may control its own booking records while BookToday provides the platform. Legal review is required before launch.
2. Demo data
Demo actions stay in page memory and reset on refresh. Browser storage may keep language, theme, and consent. It does not store customer, appointment, or payment details.
3. Production data
A production service may process accounts, company settings, contacts, appointments, forms, staff, resources, payment status, messages, support requests, and security logs. Payment providers should collect card details.
4. Use
BookToday may use data to run bookings, save preferences, send confirmations, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, support users, keep audit history, and meet legal duties. Analytics stays off until consent.
5. Providers
BookToday does not sell personal information. Production data may go to contracted hosting, identity, database, payment, messaging, security, and analytics providers. The launch notice must name active providers and transfers.
6. Retention
Demo memory ends on refresh. Browser preferences last until expiry or clearing. Production retention periods require review. Legal, accounting, fraud, dispute, backup, or security duties may limit deletion.
7. Your choices
Local law may provide access, correction, export, restriction, objection, deletion, or consent rights. Use the Privacy Request Center. Change analytics consent from the Cookie Notice.
8. Security & changes
BookToday uses access controls and data boundaries. Production security, backups, and incident response require verification. Children cannot create business accounts. Material notice changes receive a new date and fresh consent when required.
