Early-access inquiries
BookToday stores your name, work email, business name, optional website, team size, current booking method, message, language, submission source, and inquiry status. We use these fields to assess fit, reply, and learn which service businesses need the product. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list without separate consent.
Service providers
Convex stores inquiry records. Resend can deliver an owner notification when email delivery is configured. Vercel hosts the website and provides optional consent-gated analytics. Clerk handles sign-in and is loaded only on the booking and business pages, never on this site’s marketing or legal pages. Payment and identity providers do not receive Demo or inquiry data through this form.
Access and deletion
Email hi@booktoday.app to ask for access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry. Include the email address used in the form. Legal, fraud, or security obligations may require BookToday to retain limited records.
Launch review
This notice covers the current website, inquiry intake, and product Demo. BookToday must add its verified legal entity, operating address, launch regions, and final production retention rules before opening the full booking service.
